Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information where tracking is available for your selected shipping service.
■ Customs, Duties and Import Charges
Orders are dispatched from Bulgaria, European Union.
For destinations outside the European Union, the shipment may be subject to customs clearance, import duties, taxes or other charges imposed by the destination country.
Any such charges are determined by local authorities and, unless otherwise stated at checkout, are the responsibility of the recipient.
Customs procedures may occasionally extend the estimated delivery time.
■ Returns
If you change your mind, select the wrong size or no longer wish to keep your item, you must notify us within 14 days of receiving your order.
For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping.
Returned products must meet the conditions described in our Refund Policy before a refund or exchange can be processed.
If an item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us before returning it. In many cases we may be able to resolve the issue without requiring the original item to be sent back.
